This is the one-sided 45 from Madvillainy 2: The Box, the limited-edition Madvillain box set released last year.

DOOM originally recorded “One Beer” over a beat which had just been used by J Dilla on Jaylib's track “No Games”. Madlib made this remix of the song, “One Beer (Drunk Version)” and burned the only copy to a CD, which then went missing in his chaotic and cluttered studio The Bomb Shelter, only to turn up years.

“One Beer” was ultimately left off Madvillainy, but it was released as the fan club 45 together with that album in March 2004, and later added to DOOM's album MM FOOD. The “One Beer” fan club 45 is now long out of print.

Below is Madlib's mix of the original “One Beer” by Madvillain and “No Games” by Jaylib. This mix is taken from Madlib's mixtape Mind Fusion Vol. 1.
