Funkmosphere East, Los Angeles

One of the joys of living in Los Angeles these years has been Dam-Funk's Funkmosphere on Monday nights in Culver City - "L.A.'s Best Boogie Funk," said LA Weekly, as if any competitor comes close. 

But now there is a competitor.  For those of us east-siders who don't want to travel west (you know how it goes) Dam-Funk kicks off Funkmosphere East, every Thursday - beginning tonight, September 6th with a special VJ set by Peanut Butter Wolf. 

Funkmosphere East - Thursdays 4519 Santa Monica Blvd, L.A. at The Virgil.
Funkmosphere - Mondays 9300 Venice Blvd, Culver City at Carbon
Free. 21+
